We invite you to join our parish by completing the form attached.  A member of our Welcoming Commitee will contact you to see if you have any questions and bring you a small gift from the parish. Your contact information will be entered into our Flocknote system so you can receive the weekly church email on Thurdays at 5:00pm, titled “Look What’s Happening.” The receptionist will enter your family information into our church database so we can assist you with sacramental records and other needs.
